Program · Monthly Publication
Mind@Work Journal is The MIND Foundation’s monthly publication on the behavioral, attitudinal, and psychological shifts moving through the American workplace — produced exclusively for Peak Talent Capital Solutions and edited in Augusta, Georgia.
The Journal takes a clear position: workplaces have quietly infantilized the people in them, and the fix isn’t another wellness perk — it’s rebuilding the psychological infrastructure of ownership, initiative, and follow-through. Each issue applies that lens to a current shift in how work actually happens.
We also keep a legislative watch on policy moving through this space — including bills like the Workplace Psychological Safety Act — and cover it the way we cover everything else: directly, and without the euphemisms the topic usually gets.
Michael R. Frazier serves as Editor-in-Chief. Every issue carries the same attribution: a publication of The MIND Foundation, Inc., produced exclusively for Peak Talent Capital Solutions.
Issue 1 is free. From Issue 2 on, subscriptions run $9.99/month or $99/year — and Peak Talent Capital Solutions clients receive complimentary access.
