KAIROS
Behavioral Intelligence Platform
A first-of-its-kind assessment platform built on the Six Unmeasurables — the traits that resumes and test scores can’t see, but that determine whether someone actually succeeds.

The MIND Foundation builds the ownership, initiative, follow-through, and self-command that let a person actually move forward — in the classroom, the workplace, recovery, and every walk of life in between. We do it through research, behavioral science, publishing, and direct work with the young people who need it most.
Psychological readiness isn’t a workplace skill. It’s the thing underneath every skill — whether a person believes they have any agency at all. We built The MIND Foundation because that belief can be taught, measured, and rebuilt, at any age, starting from wherever someone actually is.
Drawing on nearly four decades of hands-on work in talent development and behavioral psychology, we translate that experience into frameworks, technology, publications, and programs — anchored by direct work with abused, underprivileged, and at-risk youth. Read our story →
Each program stands on its own. Together, they carry the full weight of the mission — from the science, to the writing, to the kids who need it most.

Tee It Up For Kids exists specifically to serve abused, underprivileged, and at-risk children. Every dollar raised supports Child Enrichment, Inc. and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Sullivan County, TN.
Every framework The MIND Foundation publishes — the Six Unmeasurables, Psychological Maturity, Neuroergology, the Effort Mindset — started as observation, not theory, long before there was a platform or a publication to formalize it.
That same lens now runs in both directions: upstream, into KAIROS and the organizations that use it to see what resumes can’t; and downstream, into the young people our Psychological Readiness Framework was built to reach before the gap becomes permanent. More about our founding →
However you engage, it goes toward the same work: kids and adults building the readiness to move forward on their own terms.
