Facilitating Personalized Nutrition

We, Rosalie Hamming, Lisanne Kooijmans, Joliek Wyntjes and Oda Schenkman, just started with our thesis for the Hotel Management School Maastricht about the BETER-program. Currently the nutrition part of the programme could improve the most, as a result of a survey about the first trial of the program in spring 2017. We will take on the role of consultants to encourage the BETER participants to cook and eat healthy, personalized foods and to maintain their new lifestyle. We hope to improve the nutrition part of the programme so that it will be as successful as the other parts.
